Booking & Cancellation Policy

Annex to every VitaMed programme · Status: October 2026

1. Booking and Payment

Binding booking after written confirmation. Envisaged: 30% deposit upon booking, balance payable 21 days before arrival; for short-notice bookings, full payment. The payment arrangement is subject to the statutory requirements for insolvency protection.

2. Cancellation before the Start of the Programme

Statutory rights of withdrawal free of charge and the possibility of proving a lower compensation remain unaffected.

3. Arrival and Departure

Hotel check-in and check-out depend on the hotel booked and are communicated in the travel documents. Airport transfers are included only if expressly stated in the programme description. Flights are included only if expressly stated.

4. Programme and Minimum Number of Participants

The services and dates listed in the specific offer are binding. The minimum number of participants is stated in the offer where applicable. Changes that are medically or organisationally necessary are made only within the framework permitted by law.

5. Medical Services

Medical services are provided by DFZ / MEDICUM Mallorca (Policlínica Alemana S.A.) following an individual medical assessment. The performance of individual measures requires medical suitability and, where applicable, consent; treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

6. Service Partners, Insurance and Contact

Organiser: German Medical Services S.L.U. (brand VitaMed Mallorca). Hotel, transfers and further activities may be provided by external partners. The statutory responsibility of the tour operator remains in place. We recommend suitable travel cancellation and international health insurance. Booking contact, organiser’s address, and registration and insolvency protection details will be added before publication.

This information sheet supplements the full VitaMed General Terms and Conditions and the individual travel documents. In the event of conflicts, individual agreements and mandatory law take precedence.
